My wife and I have decided to continue our stay at La Suisse for 3 months. That should pretty much tell you everything. We are finding the staff, cleanliness, breakfast, bed comfort all top drawer. The room is cleaned and linens are changed daily

The sound proofing between rooms could be a tad better but that has only been a very minor item.

Excellent location, for bars and restaurants and east access to beach. Very friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. After arriving on the overnight bus at 5.30 am we were allowed to check in and have breakfast at no extra cost. Rooms were spacious and very clean, breakfast was excellent and very well presented. Overall an excellent hotel and very good value for money.

There was a lot of traffic noise but I think this would be an issue in any hotel due to the volume of traffic and the custom of constant horn blowing and doesn't distract from the quality of the hotel

The location of the hotel was great. Close to everything such as a 5 min walk to beach. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was very helpful with information. The breakfast was good. A quality priced well hotel. They are celebrating their anniversary on Dec 15th and plan to have a party that day. A very good place to stay

Hard to fault this place and one of my favourite hotels out of all the places we stayed at. Lovely big room with a balcony over looking the street below, on a quiet road but near all the restaurants and bars and near the beach. Lovely staff and amazing value for money.

the staff were excellent, the breakfast had great choice and quality, the location was perfect for town and the beach, the rooms were spacious clean and beds very comfy. not a bad word to say about the place!

It was really close to the beach, the girl at the desk were really helpful, located on a quiet street but close to great food, Good computers, awesome breakfast where you chose what you wanted, and reasonably priced room.

Friendly and very helpfull staff,the breakfast was great, beach towels for free, after checking out you still can use the shower to wash away the sea salt.

We arrived before 7 in the morning and was glad to have an early check-in. The view from the restaurant on the 7th floor of the hotel was beautiful. The friendly receptionist also let us take a shower after we returned from a snorkelling trip even though we have already checked out.

The tour of the Islands was not very good and the information about that trip is not as it is. I would not reccomend their Island hopping cruise. Shop around for a different operater

Room was clean, nicely decorated, had a safe, very comfy beds and pillows (exceptional for se Asia!), quiet location, just on the edge of the tourist restaurant area, very close to beach, really lovely reception staff who were very helpful. Good value for laundry (either by kg or separate items), a couple of English-speaking channels on the tv, fridge in the room, nice bathroom which had a shower in a bath which was great (instead of the ones that get the entire bathroom wet). We ended up staying an extra 2 days, would definitely stay again. Breakfast was nice with a range to choose from and included in the price.

The only thing was the air conditioner which was very quiet, leaked onto the floor so we had to put a towel underneath, but after 2 days it stopped.

I expected a better hotel after reading the reviews below. This hotel isn't anything special. It's comfortable and clean but very old and needs refurbishment. Charging 4% for visa payments is extortionate. The girl at reception also said that many people make the same comment. 2-2.5% seems the norm in Vietnam. So this is a rip off

Very central location, just 2 min. walk to Nhatrang beach and belongs to travellers corner. Had a very nice junior suite room 501 or 601, free internet, quiet and clean, specially free breakfast in the sunroom. The quality of the service and room was on a high level. I would stay again and highly recommended thanks. (my stay 09 to 10/03/2012)
